The spraydeck is open and the swimming pool will open Saturday, June 20th! Phase II-2 improvements at the park are moving forward: the dock and outlook are in, many trees and grasses have been planted; and picnic tables and 3 bike racks are being installed now. The newly renovated part of the park will NOT be open this summer, however. DCR will leave fences up so that the new plantings can get established. This makes good sense! There’s still a lot of park to enjoy. The red Adirondack chairs are back!
